K-Guard gutters are self-cleaning. You’ll never need to clean our patented leaf-free system.
K-Guard’s warranty is transferable. Call
our office to notify us of the transfer.
K-Guard’s warranty covers paint/finish. However, please make sure there isn’t anything rubbing against the gutter. Keep those trees trimmed.
New gutters will have a coating of machine oil. It typically burns off of the product after a couple of weeks in the sun. If it continues to be a problem, please give us a call.
If ice becomes a problem, adding an optional heat cable will melt those worries. Call our sales office or your K-Guard representative to learn more.

K-Guard Rocky Mountains Warranty Agreement
This Warranty Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the homeowner (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and K-Guard Rocky Mountains (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us”), with a principal place of business located at 6801 South Emporia Street, Suite 200, Greenwood Village, CO 80112. This Agreement pertains to the K-Guard Gutter System (the “Product”). Your purchase and installation of the Product indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Warranty Provisions
1.1. No-Clog Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee that the Product will remain free of clogs for the duration of its functional lifetime (the “Warranty Period”). In the event of a clog, we shall, at our discretion, provide necessary services to rectify the problem without additional charges.
1.2. No Pull Away Warranty
We guarantee that the Product will not detach from your home under ordinary weather conditions during the Warranty Period. Should the Product detach, we shall, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected components without additional cost to You.
1.3. Paint Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee that the paint on the Product will not chip, peel, or crack during the Warranty Period. If paint damage occurs, we shall, at our discretion, repaint or replace the affected components without additional charges.
Transfer of Warranty
The warranties stated in this Agreement may be transferred once to a subsequent homeowner, provided that the original homeowner notifies Us in writing of the change in ownership. The new homeowner must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, you must:
3.1. Identify and document the issue with clear photographic or video evidence.
3.2. Contact our customer service team providing detailed information about the Product and the problems encountered.
3.3. Upon verification of your claim, we will dispatch a K-Guard Rocky Mountains representative or a certified contractor to address the issue.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
4.1. Damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
4.2. Damage due to natural disasters, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3. Work performed by unauthorized contractors or dealers.
This Agreement pertains only to warranties, guarantees, or installations provided by K-Guard Rocky Mountains. We do not assume responsibility for warranties, guarantees, or installations provided by other K-Guard dealers.
We will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from any failure or defect in the Product. This Agreement provides you with certain legal rights, and you may have additional rights under Colorado law.
