Why are there drops of water that shoot off the gutters?

New gutters will have a coating of machine oil. It typically burns off of the product after a couple of weeks in the sun. If it continues to be a problem, please give us a call.

What can I do about the icicles that form on my gutter?

If ice becomes a problem, adding an optional heat cable will melt those worries. Call our sales office or your K-Guard representative to learn more.

I hear a popping or ticking sound. Is there a bird in my gutter?

Most likely, the sounds you’re hearing are caused by the metal expanding and contracting as it adapts to your home. Call us if the problem persists.
